Yes, absolutely. On each product page, you can upload your logo, enter your team name, front/back numbers, and the name you want. You can also choose the placement of the logo (chest, sleeve, etc.). If you have special requests (e.g. two logos or a custom position), please contact our support team via email or live chat. We also offer various font styles and printing methods (sublimation, embroidery, etc.).

There is no minimum order quantity. You can order just one custom jersey, or a hundred – we treat every order with the same care. No MOQ means you can design a unique gift for yourself, your friend, or test a small batch before committing to a large team order.

Yes, definitely. If you have an idea that is not listed on our site, or you want to see how your logo and colors will look on the actual product, just contact us with your request. We will be happy to send you a free digital mockup of your design along with a competitive price quote. No obligation to buy.

Please follow these steps:

On the product page, select size and fill in custom options (name, number, logo upload, etc.).
Click “Add to Cart”.
Review your cart, apply any discount code, and agree to Terms of Service.
Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Checkout as a guest, or click the Account icon in the header to sign in with your email (a verification code will be sent to your inbox).
Enter shipping address, billing address, and select payment method.
Review everything and click “Process Order”.

Production time: 3 – 6 business days (may vary during holidays).
Standard shipping: 8 – 12 business days after production.
Expedited shipping: 5 – 9 business days after production.

Yes, we do. For bulk orders (typically 2+ pieces per design), we offer competitive team discounts. Please contact our sales team at support@coolcustomjerseys.com or use the “Start your bulk order” form on our website. We will provide you with a custom quote based on quantity, design complexity, and shipping destination.

We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe (which includes major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). All transactions are secure. If you experience any payment issues, please contact our customer service.

Since each custom jersey is made to order, we can only cancel or change your order if we haven't started production yet. Please email us immediately at support@coolcustomjerseys.com with your order number and requested change/cancellation. We will try our best to retrieve it. Note that a $10 customization fee per item is non-refundable once production has begun.

Because personalized jerseys are made uniquely for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged due to our error. If you receive a misprinted or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund accordingly. For non-customized items (if any), standard return policy applies.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
